Pain et Vin is a Wine Bar and Sourdough Bakery runed by husband and wife, Eleonora Jezzi (Argentine somm) and Ohad Weiner (Israeli chef) who enjoy sharing their passion for what they do.
Focused on the quality rather than the quantity of their products, they believe sometimes less is more. The wine selection is carefully chosen, in search of very special wines, either for their vintage, winemaking, location of the vineyards, etc. The bread making is both the most ancient elaboration and the hardest, but Ohad believes it´s the best way to obtain a noble product, baked in a wood fire oven.
